How to use?
Pea microgreens are best used fresh, as an addition to prepared dishes. They go well with sandwiches, salads, wraps, eggs, cottage cheese, hummus, pasta, rice, cream soups, bowls, smoothies, and dishes with fish, chicken, or tofu. They have a slightly sweet, fresh taste reminiscent of young green peas, making them suitable for both simple breakfasts and more elegant dishes. They can also be used as a natural plate decoration. They do not require heat treatment and retain all valuable properties in their raw form.
