How to use?

Sunflower microgreens are best used fresh, as an addition to finished dishes. They pair well with sandwiches, salads, wraps, eggs, cottage cheese, hummus, bowls, grains, pasta, dishes with vegetables, fish, chicken, or tofu. Thanks to their slightly nutty flavor and crunchy texture, they complement both simple breakfasts and more elegant dishes. They can also be used as a fresh, natural plate decoration. They do not require heat treatment and taste best raw.

What benefits do sunflower microgreens offer?

Sunflower microgreens contain vitamin C, chlorophyll, phenolic compounds, and minerals. They are also distinguished by a high content of calcium, zinc, fumaric acid, and the presence of compounds with antioxidant properties. Thanks to this, they help enrich meals with ingredients that support bones, immunity, natural body regeneration, and cell protection against oxidative stress. One study indicates that sunflower microgreens contain 67.55 mg of vitamin C per 100g of fresh product, 145.29 mg of calcium per 100g, and the highest content of zinc and fumaric acid among the analyzed microgreens.
