Growing Try Box
Growing Microgreens Try Box
The growing box is a set of five different types of microgreens (approx. 45g each): peas, sunflower, radish, arugula, and broccoli. This is the freshest form of green addition to your daily meals — you cut exactly as much as you need, right before eating. Each type has its own character, taste, and use. You can find more information by clicking on the selected product.
Why is it worth it?
The growing box allows you to have fresh microgreens always at hand. It's a great way to try five different flavors in smaller portions, about 45g each, and choose your favorites. You only cut as much as you need, so the product stays fresh longer and ends up on your plate exactly when you want it.
How to use and store?
Cut microgreens with scissors directly before consumption. If you plan to eat all microgreens within 3–5 days, place them in a bright spot, but away from direct sunlight. A kitchen counter or a windowsill without strong heating will work best. However, if you haven't managed to eat the growing microgreens within the specified time, it is best to cut them, transfer them to a clean container, and store them in the refrigerator. To keep them fresh longer, you can place a slightly damp paper towel or tissue at the bottom of the container, arrange the microgreens on top, and cover them with another slightly damp tissue. The container should be closed or lightly covered and stored at +2…+6°C. Consume as soon as possible.
How to tell if microgreens are no longer suitable for consumption?
We do not recommend consuming the product if:
- an unpleasant or sour smell/taste has appeared;
- the leaves have become slimy;
- mold has appeared;
- the plants have turned very yellow or started to rot.
Important information
Live microgreens are not a product for long-term storage. They continue to grow even after delivery, so they have the best taste, aroma, and texture in the first few days after receipt.
