How to use?

Cut microleaves are best added to finished dishes just before eating. They do not require cooking or heating. They pair well with sandwiches, salads, eggs, cottage cheese, hummus, wraps, bowls, pasta, cream soups, dishes with fish, chicken, tofu, and smoothies. You can use one type or mix several flavors in one meal.

Ingredients and storage

100% fresh microleaves: pea shoots, sunflower, radish, arugula, and broccoli. Grown locally, without pesticides, in controlled MikliX conditions. Store in the refrigerator at +2…+6°C, preferably in the original, sealed packaging. After opening, re-seal the box and consume as quickly as possible. Best consumed within 5–7 days of receipt. Do not heat – add to finished dishes just before eating.
